Emergency Services should be made absolutely free.\u00a0ZMQ\u2019s\u00a0\u2018Mobile for All\u2019 initiate is to promote that no mobile phone should ever be disconnected for these essential Lifeline Services even if they have don\u2019t have a single paise in their account.
