Connect-2-Climate (C2C) is a mobile and ICT-based initiative of ZMQ designed to create large-scale awareness on climate change, environmental sustainability, clean energy, and responsible resource use. The program leverages games, edutainment, and digital learning tools to translate complex climate concepts into simple, engaging, and action-oriented experiences. With a strong focus on school children, youth, institutions, and workplaces, C2C positions every individual as a stakeholder in the global fight against climate change. Developed in collaboration with TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) and supported by multiple national and international partners, C2C uses interactive mobile games, learning applications, digital stories, and ICT solutions to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and sustainable lifestyles. The program adopts a strong SBCC lens, enabling shifts in everyday choices and behaviors through contextual, engaging, and participatory content. C2C has been implemented across schools, corporations, government institutions, and civil society organizations. Its digital tools are complemented by capacity-building initiatives such as interactive training kits, training-of-trainers programs, and monitoring systems. By combining technology with education and advocacy, Connect-2-Climate strengthens environmental awareness, builds climate literacy, and encourages collective action toward sustainable development.
